BioSupply UK is a UK-based supplier of research-grade peptides and reagents. We operate exclusively as a research chemical supplier. Our products are not medicines, supplements, foods, or cosmetics.

2. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing our website, placing an order, or purchasing any product from BioSupply UK, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service in full. If you do not agree, you must not use our website or purchase our products.
3. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years of age to purchase from BioSupply UK. By placing an order you confirm that you are 18 years of age or older, that you are a qualified researcher, laboratory professional, or healthcare professional, that you are purchasing solely for legitimate in-vitro or preclinical research purposes, that you are not purchasing for personal use, human consumption, or resale for human use, and that you are acting in compliance with all applicable laws in your jurisdiction.
4. Research Use Only
All products sold by BioSupply UK are strictly intended for laboratory research purposes only. By purchasing you explicitly acknowledge and agree that products are not intended for human consumption, that they are not intended for therapeutic, diagnostic, or veterinary use, that they are not approved by the MHRA, FDA, or any other regulatory agency for clinical use, that you will use products only under appropriate laboratory conditions, and that you accept full responsibility for compliance with all applicable laws, regulations, and institutional safety policies governing the use of research chemicals in your jurisdiction.
BioSupply UK accepts no liability whatsoever for any misuse of its products.
5. Product Information
We make every effort to ensure product descriptions, specifications, and purity data are accurate at the time of listing. However, product specifications may change between batches, Certificates of Analysis are available upon request and reflect the specific batch supplied, images on our website are for illustrative purposes only, and we reserve the right to substitute equivalent products where necessary without prior notice.
6. Orders & Payment
All orders are subject to acceptance by BioSupply UK. We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order at our discretion without providing a reason. Payment must be received in full before dispatch. Prices are displayed in GBP and are subject to change without notice. We are not responsible for any additional charges, taxes, or duties imposed by your local jurisdiction.
7. Shipping & Delivery
We aim to dispatch all orders same day if placed before our daily cut-off time. Delivery timeframes are estimates only and are not guaranteed. Risk of loss or damage passes to you upon dispatch. BioSupply UK is not liable for delays caused by couriers, customs, or circumstances beyond our control. It is your responsibility to ensure you are permitted to import research chemicals into your country or region.
8. Returns & Replacements
We do not accept returns on research peptides due to the nature of the products. If your order arrives damaged, incorrect, or compromised during transit, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photographic evidence. We will assess all claims and where valid arrange a replacement or store credit at our discretion. Replacements are issued for manufacturing defects or transit damage only. We do not offer refunds or replacements due to customer error, incorrect storage after delivery, or change of mind.
9. Quality Assurance
All BioSupply UK products are manufactured via validated peptide synthesis processes, subject to stringent identity and purity testing, supplied at ≥99% purity unless otherwise stated, and available with a Certificate of Analysis upon request.
On rare occasions a vial may be compromised during transit. If reconstitution results in a cloudy or unusual solution, cease use immediately and contact us with photos. We will arrange a replacement promptly.
10. Intellectual Property
All content on the BioSupply UK website including text, images, logos, graphics, and product descriptions is the intellectual property of BioSupply UK and may not be copied, reproduced, or distributed without prior written consent.
11. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, BioSupply UK shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or misuse of our products. Our total liability to you in respect of any claim shall not exceed the value of the order in question. We make no warranties, express or implied, regarding the fitness of our products for any particular purpose beyond their intended research use.
12. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless BioSupply UK, its directors, employees, and agents from and against any claims, damages, losses, or expenses including legal fees arising from your misuse of our products, your breach of these Terms, or your violation of any applicable law or regulation.

By using our website and placing an order you consent to our use of your data for order processing and fulfilment, customer service communications, and marketing communications where you have opted in. We do not sell your data to third parties.

These Terms of Service are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes arising shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
