Our Policy
Due to the nature of research-grade peptides and reagents, BioSupply UK does not accept returns under any circumstances. All sales are final.
Defective or Damaged Products
We stand behind the quality of every product we ship. If your order arrives damaged, defective, or compromised during transit, contact us within 48 hours of delivery at support@biosupplyuk.com with your order number and clear photographs of the issue.
We will assess your claim promptly and where the fault lies with us or our courier we will arrange a replacement without delay. No argument, no hassle.
What We Cannot Replace
We are unable to offer replacements or refunds in the following circumstances. If the product has been incorrectly stored after delivery. If the issue arises from improper reconstitution or handling. If contact is made more than 48 hours after delivery. If no photographic evidence is provided. If the product has been partially or fully used.
